Product & Store Information

Our clothing follows a detailed custom size chart on each product page. Most pieces are tailored for a snug fit — for comfort, we recommend sizing up by one size.

Please refer to the measurement chart before ordering. If you have noticed that you ordered an inccorrect size, reach out to us by email ASAP.

Shipping & Tracking

We are currently experiencing a high order volume, and shipping time might be longer than usual.
Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing.

After dispatch, average delivery time is 10 business days depending on your region.

Simply visit the 'My Order' page and enter your order number along with the email provided at checkout.

Returns & Exchange

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the item meets our return conditions.

We do not charge a return fee.

However, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product arrived damaged.

Please provide:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Clear photos (especially for size issues or damages)

We’ll reply with the appropriate return instructions.
Do not send returns to the sender address on the package — it will not be processed.

Please email us as soon as possible with clear photos of the issue. If it’s confirmed to be a manufacturing fault, we’ll offer a refund or replacement based on your preference.

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account. If you haven't received a credit for your return yet, contact the bank/credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is posted to your account.
