What size should I be getting?
All our clothing uses standard sizing, with most items featuring a custom size chart. We strongly recommend choosing one size larger, as our pieces are tailored to fit the body closely—sizing up ensures a better fit.
Our shoes and loafers are true to size, but since loafers have no laces, they need to fit well. If you're unsure of your size, going one size up will help avoid a tight fit. For half sizes, we suggest sizing up by 0.5 for improved comfort.
Refer to the foot length in CM/INCHES to find your perfect size—these measurements are 100% accurate to the shoe.

How long will it take to receive my order?

How can I track my order?
Simply visit the 'My Order' page under 'Support' and enter your unique tracking code which you received in your email.
Will I be charged by customs and taxes?
The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US Dollars, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its final destination, which are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.
Returns & Exchange
How can I return an item?
You can return an item within 14-days guaranteed. No questions asked.
We do not charge a return fee.
The customer only have to bare the return label.
How to submit a return?

Please provide the reason for your return and photos of the product.
When will I receive my refund?
All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account. If you haven't received a credit for your return yet, contact the bank/credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is posted to your account.
