All our clothing uses standard sizing, with most items featuring a custom size chart. We strongly recommend choosing one size larger, as our pieces are tailored to fit the body closely—sizing up ensures a better fit.
Our footwear is true to size. If you're unsure of your size, we suggest sizing up by 0.5 for improved comfort.
Refer to the foot length in CM/INCHES to find your perfect size—these measurements are 100% accurate to the shoe.

Shipping & Tracking
We are currently experiencing a high order volume, and shipping time might be longer than usual.
All orders will be dispatched within 24 business hours, you will recieve your unique tracking code.
Our average shipping time is 7 business days.

Returns & Exchange
You can return an item within 30-days guaranteed. No questions asked.
We do not charge a return fee.
The customer only have to bare the return label.

Please provide the reason for your return and photos of the product.
All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account. If you haven't received a credit for your return yet, contact the bank/credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is posted to your account.
